OUROBOROS
An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will
The Ouroboros is an all-new platform from the unbound minds at Kona. We bring you four builds – each meant for its own incredibly rowdy ride to the ends of the earth and back. Pack it expertly for the long haul, nimbly explore the edges of singletrack, or complete multiple days of the most wonderfully weird and delightfully chaotic of events. While other gravel bikes may technically tolerate mountain bike components, the Ouroboros is intentionally designed around the rowdy stuff – like 180mm rotors, massive tire clearance, and front suspension, giving you a ride feel that is otherworldly and almost mistakable for a modern trail bike.

$6,999.00 USD
Unmatched in ride quality and capability, the Supreme lives up to its name by turning every head it passes – beckoning to those who want nothing holding them back. Remote shifting and dropper? Check. Carbon wheels? Check. 40mm of high-performance front suspension? Oh yeah. You read that right.

$3,499.00 USD
An absolutely stunning gravel bike for those who seek a more traditional look and feel. This creation prioritizes lightweight features and adheres to the sacred and long-established characteristics of a drop bar bike. We’ve thoughtfully spec’d gear steps that are closer together to help you maintain your ideal cadence. With that sweet spot so easy to find, you won’t lose your rhythm – no matter your load or speed.

$2,799.00 USD
Whether you’re a gravel-loving mountain biker or a mountain-bike-loving gravel biker, the Ouroboros Carbon is the lure to catch the attention of both. We’ve made sure each coin spent is met with corresponding value in shred performance. The Ouroboros Carbon is meant for big things, so we put big things on it – like fat tires, large rotors, a mountain standard dropper post width, and a low, yet wide gear range. Hop on and let the journey unfold.

$1,899.00 USD
The aluminum Ouroboros is impressively capable, with componentry that is unwavering in reliable performance. Designed with the intention to stay off the grid, escape into the wilderness – worry free. We took the best parts of our award-winning gravel bikes, and the enchanting characteristics of our iconic mountain bikes, and delivered a drop bar bike that doesn’t rip by accident. Shred on, dear traveler, and let nothing hold you back.

Ouroboros Framesets
The Ouroboros is a construct—a shapeshifter, if you will. We’ve offered you four forms, but maybe you need more. Maybe you need less. Maybe it’s time we step aside and let you work your own magic. Choose from a carbon frameset or an aluminum one, both equipped with an Ouroboros carbon fork. Dream up the ultimate build for the deepest corners of the world—and conjure it into reality.

MULTI-DAY BIKEPACKING

5 Frame Mounting Points
Located in the front triangle, these boss mounts allow for limitless custom frame bag options devoid of straps.

Wider Tire Clearance
In the never-ending quest to run slightly wider tires just because we said you can, we’ve broadened the horizons of the rubber fitment journey. Run a 29 x 2.5 front tire with the carbon rigid fork or run a 700 x 50mm front tire with a Fox, Rockshox, or Suntour 40mm suspension fork.

TERRAIN-BENDING ADVENTURE

69.5 Headtube Angle
Slacker than gravel, steeper than modern trail mountain bikes, we chose this angle for a reason. This angle keeps enough weight on the front wheel to keep things snappy on slappy singletrack, yet relaxed enough to not send you kissing the front tire when things get beguiling.

31.6mm Seatpost
This. This is a moment of genuine intention. Look past the typical 27.2mm dropper posts and you’ll see it. As hardcore riders designing for hardcore rides, we know how the longevity of a dropper is crucial when you’re deep in those backcountry moments – only a proper 31.6mm seat post can ensure riders are able to choose what keeps them going for the long haul.
