A classic Kona Cinder Cone given a second life as a proper cargo bike, built by the crew at Maro Bikes in Japan. Designed to carry real loads and get ridden every day, this retro frame is paired with a Crust Clydesdale fork to add stability, capacity, and a whole new purpose. White Industries cranks and a Stridsland chainring keep the drivetrain simple and durable, while a Nitto × Crumbworks Carter bar and Oury grips make long, loaded rides comfortable and controlled.

Up front, a Velocity rim supports a Wald basket fitted with a Realm Dark Label bag, ready for groceries, gear, and in this case, a very good dog along for the ride. Finished with canti brakes and a Shimano XT rear mech, this build is a reminder that Dream Builds are about creativity, usefulness, and the joy of riding bikes that earn their keep.
