Adventure Starts Here: The Kona Ouroboros CR DL Returns

The Kona Ouroboros CR DL returns for 2026 with the same wildly capable gravel platform, now paired with an updated build kit designed for riders who prefer rough roads, chunky terrain, and the odd detour down some forgotten singletrack. Built for big days out, loaded adventures, and gravel rides that extend well beyond smooth fire roads, the Ouroboros continues to deliver a confident, composed ride when things get loose, steep, and unpredictable.

Built around massive tire clearance, MTB-inspired geometry, front suspension compatibility, and big rotors, the Ouroboros has always embraced the rowdy side of drop-bar riding. For 2026, the CR DL gets a major drivetrain and cockpit refresh with SRAM’s new Rival XPLR 13-speed groupset, Rival brakes, a RockShox Rudy Ultimate suspension fork, wireless AXS dropper post, and a Ritchey Venturemax II XL cockpit setup designed for comfort and control when the road disappears entirely.

Whether you’re loading up for multi-day missions, linking forgotten singletrack, or heading deep into the unknown with no real plan beyond “keep going,” the Ouroboros CR DL is built for the kind of adventures that usually make the best stories later.
