UNITY

FRAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Custom frame-mounted front rack Bolted directly to the frame, the Unity’s integrated front rack carries the load without influencing your steering. No flop, no sway, no wrestling with weight up front—just predictable handling, even with a week’s worth of gear strapped on.

• Compatible with popular aftermarket carriers No headache. It plays nicely with the most common third-party front and rear carriers, giving you freedom to expand capacity or tweak your setup based on the mission.

• Maximum front triangle space A purpose-built, oversized front triangle gives you the biggest possible footprint for frame bags. Whether you’re carrying water, tools, camera gear or a full pantry, the Unity has room for it.

• Multiple accessory mounts everywhere you want them Bosses on the top tube, down tube, fork legs, and stays give you endless modular set-up options. Bottles, cargo cages, tool carriers—if you can bolt it on, the Unity’s ready for it.

• UDH / T-Type compatibility with sliding dropouts + 5mm offset stays Modern drivetrain compatibility meets real-world utility. The Unity runs SRAM T-Type and UDH, and the sliding dropouts let you fine-tune wheel position or run it single-speed in a pinch. Offset stays keep tire and rack clearance on point.

• Dropper-friendly by design (170–200 mm travel) Bikepacking doesn’t mean you should give up real descending. The Unity accommodates long-travel droppers, so you stay confident on steep terrain—even with the kitchen sink strapped to the bike.

FAQ

How many mounting bosses do the frame and fork have in total?

Frame: 20 mounting points
Fork: 11 mounting points
Front rack: 12 mounting points

This allows for a wide range of cargo, bottle, and accessory configurations.

Is the handling optimized for front-loaded, rear-loaded, or balanced setups?

The Unity is designed to handle front-loaded, rear-loaded, or balanced setups effectively. Its geometry and stiffness are intended to remain stable and predictable across a wide range of load configurations.

What’s the lowest gear ratio achievable?

The Unity ships with a 28T front chainring and a 50T cassette, delivering a very low climbing gear (approximately 0.56 gear ratio).

This setup is ideal for steep climbs under load. Final rollout will depend on tire size and drivetrain choice.

Can the Unity be run single-speed if the derailleur fails?

Yes!

Can I run a 29” rear wheel instead of 27.5”?

Sure! You can run a 29” rear wheel, provided it’s paired with a lower-volume tire, such as a 29 x 2.5”, to maintain proper clearance.

What’s the largest tire size I can run?

Tire clearance varies by brand and casing, but we recommend staying within the following maximum sizes:

29 x 3.0”
27.5 x 3.0”

Running tires larger than these dimensions is not recommended.

What’s the recommended maximum load for the front rack?

6 kg (13.2 lbs)

Can I run a rear rack with full tire clearance?

Yes, but final clearance may vary depending on rack design.

Can I run a suspension fork on the Unity?

No, it is not compatible with front suspension forks. A suspension fork would interfere with the front rack and cable routing and could cause damage.

What’s the maximum dropper post travel, and does it affect bag fit?

Maximum compatible dropper travel by size:

Small: 125 mm
Medium: 150 mm
Large: 175 mm
XL: 200 mm

Seat bag clearance can be affected when the dropper is fully lowered, depending on the post and bag size.

Are the cable ports sealed?

All cables are routed externally, with the exception of the dropper post.

Sealing plugs for the dropper routing are included in the small parts kit.

What’s the largest brake rotor I can run?

• 203 mm rotors
• 6-bolt
• Up to 2.3 mm rotor thickness
