Kona Ambassador Matt Tongue is as comfortable behind the lens as he is in front of it. He often pulls double duty, both riding and filming at the same event, like recently at the Freeride Fiesta where he was flipping and spinning the massive jumps one minute and then logging footage the next. On a recent trip to Oaxaca Matt saw this wall and just new it was the perfect spot to capture a Dream Build photo-set of his trusty Process X CR DL daily driver.
Matt's Process X CR DL has a tone of sexy CNC'd parts from legendary English brand Hope. The bike is propelled by a set of EVO cranks with a 32t chain ring, a One Up bash guide keeps adds a little extra protection and security.
Shifting is taken care of with a SRAM XO1 rear derailleur mated to a SRAM XX1 Oil Slick cassette.
The wheels are Hope Pro 4's laced to DT Swiss FR541 alloy hoops.
For suspension, Matt has stuck with the stock Rock Shox Zeb Ultimate up front but swapped out the rear rear shock for. Rock Shox Super Deluxe Coil.
Custom anodized Hope Tech 4 levers ad some flair to the cockpit...
Hopes 4 piston Tech 4 calipers bite down on 200mm Galfer Shark rotors.
Up in the front at the pointy end of the cockpit a Title ST1 35mm stem holds a 38mm rise carbon Title AH1 bar in place. Out the back a classic hydraulic Reverb does the up-and-down thing while a Ergon SR Pro.
