Kona Dream Builds: Leo's Process X

Kona Pro Development rider Leopold Erhardt is no stranger to getting wild on his Process X, and to that end he needs a build that is both bomb proof and reliable. Enter his 27.5 wheeled Process X AL

The first thing you notice is that RST triple crown DH Fork. The Killah is a 36mm stanchioned air fork with RST's OCR2+ damper, the fork features both compression and rebound adjustments.

That Industry Nine 27.5 front wheel has just the right amount of flair.

For rear suspension Leo has opted for the always reliable stock RockShox Super Deluxe Coil.

Leo has kept things simple and set up his Process X as a single speed. Up front he's kept the stock Race Face Aeffect R crankset but out back he's opted for a 14t chain ring with an SB One chain tensioner from local German company SB One Bike Parts.

The build is rounded off with a Chromag Overture saddle, SRAM G2 RS stoppers and a Chromag FU40 handlebar and matching stem.
