The Kona Process has quickly become an icon within the mountain bike world and this is the latest and greatest version, the Process 153 features a full carbon frame with 153mm rear wheel travel with a 160mm travel fork upfront, the frame also gives you the option of using a mullet or full 29 wheel configuration.
Gee Milner and his Dream Build Team partnered up with Trickstuff to offer you the incredible opportunity to not only own a pair of their Direttissima brakes but in the super rare, limited edition 'Arctic Blue' colorway which are strictly limited to ONLY 160 pairs WORLDWIDE! So not only do you WIN this incredible Dream Build but it comes complete with the best brakes in the cycling world, worth £1100 on their own!
For suspension duties we have chosen FOX with this bike featuring their highest-end offering in the form of the Factory series 36 Float fork with 160mm travel, DHX coil rear shock and Transfer dropper seatpost with 170mm of travel.
The wheelset is totally custom and handbuilt by ourselves with orange RaceFace vault hubs, carbon ARC31 rims, colour-coded spoke nipples, and bladed spokes from Pillar. These are paired up with Maxxis tires with our all-time favorite MTB tire the Shorty upfront and the trusty Minion DHR II on the rear.
For the drivetrain we have chosen Shimano's XTR 12-speed which is their range-topping drivetrain and provides a huge range of gears in a lightweight but robust and easily maintainable package, XTR has been proven for decades and this current version is the best of the best!
Deity stem in orange and carbon Deity handlebars in blue with orange RaceFace grips provide an incredibly high-performing and aesthetically pleasing cockpit to compliment the color scheme of the bike, we've chosen SDG's Bel-Air saddle, our favorite choice when building a bike like this.
Rotor provide their R-HAWK crankset which is light enough to be at home on a trail bike whilst being strong enough to feature on downhill bikes, the R-HAWK is one of the most versatile cranksets available and we are really happy to built it onto this incredible Dream Build, Rotor have a huge history of producing some of the most incredible cranksets and chainrings and this is no exception. To keep your feet firmly planted and able to push this bike to the limit we've chosen Crankbrothers Stamp 7 pedals in orange, some of our favorite pedals that we use on our own personal bikes.
So there you have it, what a truly incredible Dream Build featuring some of the best components available to us and for the FIRST time ever you have the opportunity to WIN a Dream Build which features Trickstuff Direttissima brakes, limited edition ones and for ONLY £1!
