“THE PROCESS 134 IS A LIVELY AND CAPABLE DESCENDER”
“I took the Kona Process out on a handful of all-day mountainous backcountry epics in my central Colorado home zone and had a really good time. Not once did I think, damn I can’t believe I’m on a (relatively) inexpensive bike that doesn’t tightly fit into any of the bike industry’s must-have categories. Nor did my eyes ever burn at the sight of the welded aluminum frame or exposed cables and housing.“
Jason Sumner at Mountain Flyer magazine spent the summer aboard our Process 134 DL 29, Issue 79 just dropped, and with it his review and thoughts on the bike. He was impressed with how much fun a bike that seemingly defied the current”cool” bike categories could be.
“And that’s the main point here. Sure we’d probably all love to have a garage full of snazzy specialist carbon bikes draped in cutting-edge electronic widgets and ultra-lightweight components. But who has that kind of scratch? Thankfully, mountain bikes such as the Kona Process 134 DL 29, are still completely capable of delivering that good time buzz we’re all seeking each time we pedal down the trail.”
