Bikes have been a big part of my life pretty much since the day I was born. My parents were founders of one of New Zealand’s best mountain bike magazines, “Spoke,” so mountain bikes were almost a given. Unless of course I had gone down the path of the other magazine my parents owned, “Manual,” a skateboard mag, which much to my dad’s disappointment, is a sport I never quite picked up.
Fast forward fourteen years and I found myself in Squamish, Canada, atop my first Kona, a 27.5 Kona Process 134. Since then, I haven’t ridden anything other than a Kona, with my current bike of choice being a Process X CR DL.
